Shenandoah Bathroom

This bathroom was last updated in the middle of the last century. The existing shower was unusable due to mold and failing tiles, the pedestal sink was not adequate for the current family, and overall storage space was insufficient. The layout was simplified to combine the shower and bathtub allowing space for a spacious linen closet. The sink area was reinvented with a new custom vanity in a striking deep blue color with a large recessed medicine cabinet and improved lighting. The polished chrome sconces and Kohler Bancroft fixtures give this bathroom a vintage aesthetic. A new cast iron bathtub paired with marble hex tile flooring and classic white subway tile maintains this historic aesthetic.
